			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are likely at any time to be an in-patient at Chorley hospital and would like to be visited by a Catholic chaplain, we have been advised that you should follow the following procedure:<br />
When you arrive at the hospital and fill in the form which asks for your religion, make sure that a note is made that you would like a visit from the chaplain. Contact the chaplain, Father Stanley, on 01257 262713 [not available on Mondays], or Deacon Simon Gilbertson on 07706 367409, leaving a message on the answering machine [if necessary], giving details of your name and the ward you will be in.</p>
